Boston College has released the depth chart for this Saturday’s season opener against Villanova. Find it below:
Most of the the starters are consistent with the first team practice squad. Junior Jarrett Darmstatter is listed as the No. 1 fullback, taking the spot from the injured Jake Sinkovec.
Josh Bordner, despite the knee injury, is the backup quarterback, with Mike Marscovetra taking the third string from freshman James Walsh.
Alex Amidon, Dan Crimmins, and Spiffy Evans get the starting receiver nods, with Harrison Jackson, Brian Miller, and Karim Zoungrana listed on the second team.
Freshman Kevin Kavalec caught Addazio’s eye during practice, and it helped him earn a spot on the two-deep at defensive end behind captain Kasim Edebali.
Nate Freese is listed as the starting punter. During the practice sessions open to the media, Freese had a few shaky punts, so sophomore punter Alex Howell might still make an appearance.
